The Board of Directors

John Bingham
I have been a leaseholder in Watchfield Court since 2005. We live here for part of each month and when
not here we are in Yorkshire.
My experience has included NED roles in organizations in both the public and private sector and my professional expertise has covered telecommunications engineering and
management consultancy. As joint Chairman, my aim is to ensure Watchfield Court Estate retains its
position as one of the premier locations in Chiswick.

Jim Chester
As joint Chairman of the Watchfield Board, I am now doing my second stint as a Director. I have lived in
Watchfield for over 6 years and my professional background was in Human Resources and project
management. Previously, I was the main liaison between the Board and the various professionals on the
project to renew the heating and hot water system. For the future I hope to contribute to many of the various
projects that we have planned and which will help keep Watchfield a great place to live.

Anjali Radcliffe
I have been a leaseholder in Watchfield Court since 2008. In my professional life I work in international government relations for a large company.
As part of the Watchfield Court Board I hope to improve communications between the Board and Residents to ensure that they remain open and transparent.

David Thompson
I like golf, bridge, walking with friends and family. I am committed in seeing the grounds and gardens are significantly improved.

Jacub Grabowski
I am an experienced tax adviser and director of an accounting practice. I am a resident of Watchfield Court and want to preserve its legacy and beauty.

Matt Long
I first came to Watchfield Court in 2010 as a tenant and resided happily for a number of years. I have been fortunate enough to purchase a Watchfield Court Flat in recent months and look forward to becoming a full time resident in the near future. I am a Director of a long established Asbestos & Fire Risk Consultancy based here in Chiswick. I hope to be able to provide valuable input to the board in all matters relating to the day to day running of the estate along with ongoing projects.

Vanessa Woodard
I have been a leaseholder in Watchfield Court since 2007 and love it so much that I have lived in 3 different properties here.
In my professional life I work in TV as a project manager, and I hope to use these skills to support on any projects that need to be delivered.

Cassandra Cartwright
I first lived at Watchfield Court a few years ago, whilst doing an MA in Acting at ArtEd. I liked living here so much that I leapt at the chance to buy a flat in early 2024. I joined the board of directors both as a way of getting to know more people in the Chiswick area, but also so that I could put in my two penn'orth when it comes to the future of this lovely estate: having previously worked in the property sector, I'll hopefully be able to add a useful angle to the discussions.
